• Statements are mailed monthly if the account has EFTs; otherwise, statements are mailed quarterly.
• PER ITEM FEE: $1.00 per transfer or withdrawal exceeding 6 per quarter.
• EARLY CLOSING CHARGE: $20.00 if closed within 90 days of date opened.
• RESTRICTED TRANSACTIONS: You may make no more than six preauthorized withdrawals , automatic or telephonic transfers, checks, drafts and debit card or other similar transactions from your account per statement cycle (four week period).
